The Vibe X2 is dubbed by Lenovo as the world's first layered smartphone, as it has tri-layered strips of color on the side of the smartphone. The Vibe X2 is made of metal and sports a 5-inch IPS display of 1080p FullHD resolution. It is very sleek at just 7.27 mm. It comes with a MediaTek MT6595m octa-core chip, 2GB RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. A 13-MP rear camera and a 5-MP front-facing camera can be found on the smartphone. There is also LTE support. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Lenovo's Vibe UI on top. Everything will be powered by a 2,300 mAh battery. It will come in white, red, gold, and dark gray color variants. It is much cheaper compared to other flagships at just $399.

On the other hand, we have the Vibe Z2 phablet. It has a brushed metal unibody design and touted as a great camera phone for selfies. The Lenovo Vibe Z2 packs a 5.5-inch 720p HD display with a pixel density of 267 ppi. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core chip, with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the Vibe UI on top. It is also Lenovo's first 64-bit smartphone (or phablet). It has a 13-MP rear camera and an 8-MP front-facing camera with anti-distortion lens and beauty effects for selfies. It also has LTE support and dual-SIM functionality. The battery is pegged at 3,000 mAh. It costs $429 off-contract and will be available in October.
